    • A: Customization time depends on the complexity of the inlays and detailed craftsmanship you select. The standard customization process typically requires 4–8 weeks. Our team will provide an estimated delivery date upon design confirmation.

    • A: Every ARES CUE custom cue comes with a unique serial number and a brand certificate. You can verify the product's authenticity by checking the serial number through our official channels.

  • Q9: What is the warranty period and scope for the cue?

    • A: Due to the use of natural wood and the high degree of customization, which are heavily influenced by environmental factors and player use, we do not offer a traditional warranty. We guarantee that the product meets the highest quality standards and your custom design specifications upon leaving our facility, but we do not cover damage from normal wear, accidental impact, loose joints, or tip consumption incurred during use.

  • Q10: How long does domestic and international shipping usually take?

    • A: Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days; international shipping time varies based on the destination and customs clearance speed, generally requiring 7–15 business days. All packages are sent via professional, insured shipping.

    • A: 1. Shaft: Gently wipe the shaft with a dry cleaning cloth (provided in the gift pack), avoiding chemical cleaners. 2. Butt: The piano lacquer finish can be wiped with a soft cloth. Keep the leather grip dry. 3. Storage: Always store the cue in a dry, temperature-controlled environment, away from direct sunlight or extreme temperature fluctuations.

  • Q12: How often should I replace my tip?

    • A: Tip lifespan depends on your playing frequency and stroke power. It's generally recommended to replace the tip when it loses elasticity, hardens, or shows significant wear on the edges. We recommend using the ARES 5th Generation Tip for optimal performance.
